Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@seekeytech.com and provide clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used pet products that show signs of use, wear, or contamination
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet products that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

 

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks, credit card providers, and other payment processors may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@seekeytech.com.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
