We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to customers worldwide. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected products, regions, or order values.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Seekey is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or customs clearance procedures.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Seekey is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
